Gear Deployment & Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. "Processing" includes order verification, specialized quality checks, and packaging. You will receive a notification email once your gear has been officially deployed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Estimates & Tracking We provide international shipping to our community in the European Union and the United States.

Tracking: All orders include a tracking number. Once you receive your confirmation email, please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.
3. Shipping Origin To ensure we provide high-performance gear at the most competitive price, our products are dispatched directly from our specialized fulfillment centers in Asia. This direct-to-consumer model allows us to offer Free Worldwide Shipping while maintaining the quality standards required for active training gear.
4. Shipping Costs We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For shipments to the USA or EU from international origins, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. ImpulseTrack™ is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer and are governed by your local customs office.
6. Delivery Issues & Damages If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local postal service or carrier for assistance.

Damaged Items: If your gear arrives defective or damaged, please take a photo or video of the item and the packaging and contact us at info@impulsetrackgear.com within 48 hours of delivery.
