ImpulseTrack™ Refund & Return Policy

Overview We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Important Hygiene Note: Due to the specialized nature of our training gear, items must be returned free of pet hair, odor, and moisture (saliva). Items returned with visible signs of pet use or "working sessions" will not be eligible for a refund. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Shipping Labels: If your return is accepted, we can provide a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International & USA Orders For orders shipped outside of the European Union (including the United States), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties or taxes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our "unused and original packaging" requirements mentioned above.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and sale items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
